I am a subscriber with the MTN Backup service but lately it has been giving me problems. I have backed up my contacts with them but the problem now is that I have somehow deleted all the contacts on my phone and want to do a restoration from my web account. I have tried synchronisation time and time again but my contact list is still zero.
What is the essence of having a backup service if someone cannot retrieve the contacts and important notes that has been already saved? Is there any other way to send back the contacts to my phone as I can't do it manually for oveer 300 names

Have you tried going to the mtn back up portal? You should be able to do it from there faster rather than from your phone.
