Speaking good English has to do with being able to construct good sentences with it and also be able to say it with an English accent. I think people in southern Nigeria tend to speak English better than those in northern Nigeria due to their early acceptance of western education and based on my personal experience. So I guess it is between the Igbo and Yoruba

Hausa speak the best English though most of them are not educated but the view out of them are well English spoken, for example let's look at speech of formal CBN governor Sanusi Lamido, as he speak the best and correct English. so Hausa are the first, Yoruba second ibo are the third.

Igbos laugh at Yorubas when they speak english and cant pronounce certain words without their Yoruba accent. Yorubas do likewise to Igbos. It's hard for Nigerians as a whole to agree on who speaks English better.

I don't blamed any body that is arguing with Igbo's, because is them that mistakingly allowed all this things to be happening.igbos are incomparable in Nigeria, Africa as a whole. Nigeria being the giant of Africa is because of igbos, if you don't believed me let's mistakingly divide Nigeria.
