I'm looking at Google adsense alternatives for my site since my site has not been approved. I'm hoping that networks like Bidvertiser can at least make me $100 per month. Is this possible and what does it take?

Yes it is possible as long as you have a lot of traffic and have enabled ads like pop unders and slider ads. It took me about 1.2m impressions to earn my first $100 from Bidvertiser.
