I have about $500 in my Paypal account but I can't make any withdrawal to a Nigerian bank. How do I get access to my money?

One option will be to sell your Paypal money to paypal exchangers in Nigeria or someone else that needs Paypal funds. They may buy it at a lower dollar value to the naira.
