Let's share tips on what makes our granpas ans grandmas live longer. Do you know why some Nigerians can live beyond 90 and even 100 while many die at 60? What tips to you know that can make an average person living in Nigeria to extend his lifespan.

One tip I have is living in the village. People who live around trees and less polluted places tend to live longer than people who live in cities like Lagos or Kaduna.
