My answer to Emeka's questiomn is yes, cos garri contains cyanige. That is why one should drink garri with milk to help reduce the level of cyanige.

No,garri has its own nutritional values but taking it too much might be harmful especially one containing cyanige,so while purchasin look out for one withoutit thru apperance and chewing.garri shoudnt be pure white and too sweet wen chewed.GOOD LUCK

It can only cause lost of vision if there is cynanide.

To avoid bad eyesight from garri, I think it's best to just drink yellow garri and not the white or ijebu garri. I prefer drinking yellow garri because it has more nutritional value

physically we can't take garri as best food we like to drank qustitently bcos no much food that have easily asess to, except garri just drank garri if ur mind demand for it 7times for u just 2times

yes.this can cause loss of vision because of the present of cyanide in the garri.the greater the fermentation and oil during processing,the lesser the cyanide.therefore yellow garri is better than white garri because oil contains vitamin A which corrects night blindness.
