Why is it that in Nigeria at the University of Lagos Teaching Hospital LUTH, the chances of survival are very low for admitted patients. I remember someone that went for a minor surgery that didn't make it. There are a lot of stories about inefficiencies in the Federal hospital but it seems nothing is being done about it. Why don't they want to do something about this?
