I noticed that I have been drinking a lot of these cans lately. My mum just bought some cartons and I tend to drink up to 4 or 5 a day. Is it bad for my health?

Everything really lies in moderation. Too much amstel can increase your blood sugar so be moderate

Too much of it can lead to diabetes. Just take it wisely.
