I recently saw and advert about First bank's instant airtime recharge that only requires the customer to dial a USSD code and airtime credit will be loaded to his phone. I want to know what the code is and how I can do it because I have an account with First Bank of Nigeria and normally receive sms alerts to my phone

Just dial *894*1000# to load credit to your phone if you are a first bank customer.

Yes the code is *894*, the amount and # send.
But i have been trying it in my phone it is not working.

*894*Amount# e.g. *894*1000#. It may take more time than normal at times.
