I have some Paypal funds in US dollars and want to cash them to Naira. What options do I have?

Sell it to people in Nigeria who need paypal funding and get paid in Naira.

You can use it for shopping on ebay.com, miniinthebox.com or any other site that accepts Paypal funds and then sell the item for cash in Nigeria. To shop on ebay.com specifically, you'd also need a US shipping address and us ip and you can get that from myus.com and worldvpn.net. You can also convert your Paypal funds to Naira directly by withdrawing them to a US bank account that Payoneer offers you and for that, you'd first need to get a Payoneer Mastercard.
