I don't have a personal id card but I'd like to open a bank account with GTBank. Is this possible?

I'm not sure. You need some sort of id card or at least get someone to guarantee you. You may however try mobile money banking. That one doesn't need an id card.

Yes you can open a GTBank account without an id card. Just ask for the GT instant savings account
