I would like to know if they do their hosting in Ghana or Nigeria or do it abroad

You can try doing a whois search for the domain name or hosted websites.

I tried who.is/whois/web4africa.com and found out that the ip is traceable to the USA so they may be doing it somewhere in the USA. If you know of any website they host, just do a whois search and find out the ip address location.
