I went to a branch of Union Bank today in Lagos to request for a debit card and was told that my account was on hold and was told to reactivate my account. I have been transferring funds from time to time to the account at least every 6 months and I'm wondering why they would they put my account on hold. Does it mean that can it's dormant or what?
