If Biafra is granted to Igbo people, I want to know what happens to their unmoveable properties that would be outside Biafra.

When a new state is created out of Nigeria, it doesn't mean that Igbos who are in Nigeria will be forced out to go to Biafra. They will certainly be Nigerian Igbos and Biafran Igbos is Biafra is created just as we had Germans in East and West Germany when they divided. The current day Igbo population exceeds Biafra land and so some Igbos would choose to be Nigerian citizens while some will chose to be Biafran citizens. When a new country is formed, it is the land that is divided, borders are created but people are not forcibly moved. When Bakassi was given to Cameroon, were the Nigerians there forced to go to Cameroon? No, they chose to remain in Nigeria and give up their lands.
